Chapman House includes two bedrooms (one with an additional bunk bed), modern living space with an adjoining kitchen that is equipped with all the supplies you'll need during your stay.  Separately there is a dining booth and coffee bar for those early risers or late night board game players.  The Chapman is also equipped with washer/dryer, a private outdoor deck and a zero entry bathroom.
